Motorola has launched new Moto X (2nd Gen.) along with Moto G (2nd Gen.) and Moto 360. Motorola hasn't revealed the price of new Moto X and said Moto X will be available later this month. While Moto X is a very anticipated phone thus Motorola may set the price likely to the previous version.
In terms of design and specification Motorola has done very good work in this department. The new Moto X (2nd Gen.) comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 2.5 GHz Quad Core processor with 2GB RAM. In the camera department Motorola improved camera with 10 mega-pixel to 13 mega-pixel rear camera with 4K video recording and 2 mega-pixel front with 1080p video recording.
Motorola also improved the screen size of Moto X. The previous version of Moto X comes with 4.7 inch screen, but this time Motorola puts 5.2 inch screen in the new Moto X (2nd Gen.). With big screen size the new Moto X (2nd Gen.) also comes with front stereo speakers like Moto G (2nd Gen.) and Moto E. The Moto X (2nd Gen.) will be available in two memory storage option 16 GB and 32GB. But again the new Moto X (2nd Gen.) does not support, expandable memory like previous generation Moto X. Moto Maker will be available for the new Moto X (2nd Gen.) but the company does not reveal the availability.
The new Moto X (2nd Gen.) comes with Android KitKat 4.4. The new Moto X (2nd Gen.) got some upgrades in Moto Voice assist. Now with Moto Voice assist you can send messages to Facebook and WhatsApp friends and you can also name your Moto X (2nd Gen.). Motorola said new Moto X (2nd) will get Android L updates when it's ready.
