Android Apps Now On Chrome OS


Google Chrome OS is now getting set of Android Apps. Google Chrome OS specially designed for internet users, which gives a lightweight and thin, have long battery lives, resume instantly and easy user interface.
Google announced at I/O 2014 that Android Apps will be coming to Chrome OS. And as they said now Chrome OS gets the first set of Android Apps for Chrome OS. These include:

  • Evernote – write, collect and find what matters to you, with a full size keyboard and touchscreen.
  • Duolingo – a fun and free way to learn a new language before your next trip
  • Vine – create short, beautiful, looping videos in a simple and fun way
  • Sight Words - a delightful way for you to help improve your child’s reading skills


These first set Apps currently in Beta. Google said on his blog that “Over the coming months, we’ll be working with a select group of Android developer to add more of your favourite apps so you’ll have a more seamless experience across your Android phone and Chromebook.”
